Ordering and Shipment detail.

Due to the highly variable and technically complex details often needed for accurate order placement, we prefer to have you email all order requirements. We will get you the most up to date and accurate information, and in some cases, better pricing. Our email account is monitored continuously and you will generally get a very prompt response.  

We ask that you include your engine model and serial number in all requests. If you cannot find the needed information, an emailed picture of your engine and a few details is often all that is needed to identify your machine. - We know Lister, We can help.

You can shop at Diesel Electric online with confidence. We have partnered with Authorize.Net, a leading payment gateway since 1996, to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.

Diesel Electric currently also uses Paypal for much of its online business transactions.

We can process your invoice and request payment via Paypal's secure services. There you can use your choice of payment methods including all major credit cards and bank accounts. Just make your parts request via email and we will forward the appropriate instructions for payment.

If you prefer not to use the online services, then we are happy to process your order over the phone lines or via regular mail service.

Shipping:        

The United States Postal Service provides excellent service via their Priority Mail shipment means. There are 3 flat-rate box options that we frequently use to keep your shipment costs as low as possible. Delivery is generally within 3 business days and their service has proven very reliable. 

Diesel Electric prefers to use the USPS flat-rate service and charges a nominal amount for packaging and handling over the base costs. 

You may also use your own preferred shipment means, just let us know your requirements at time of purchase.
